I was prepared for it, but it’s pretty sour. I saw reviews that the taste was delicious, and I bought it… I felt that it was a bit difficult to say that it was delicious. However, there is no strange smell, or rather, I think it is simply sour. I keep drinking it for my health.

I love your apple cider vinegar. The only disappointment was the packaging. The carton was too big, had been crushed on the top, and looked tatty and unprofessional. I absolutely love your ACV. It is by far the best one one the market. I studied winemaking and have a fairly good palate and I can taste the quality of your ACV. As far as I know it is the only one being made in the correct technique as well.
I have a pourer on my bottle and have it next to the hob. I use it in most of my cooking – stir fries, mince dishes, casseroles, marinades, salad dressings, stocks, soups ect. If I have eaten something that has upset my tummy, I take a tablespoon of it in water and it sorts things out. I drink it most mornings in water, and often make lemon and ACV drinks.
