These are our label seconds: bottles from short export-label runs, including Japanese, Taiwanese and older NZ labels. The vinegar inside is exactly the same raw, unfiltered, oak-aged organic apple cider vinegar we normally sell. The labels vary, but the product does not. This is a cellar door price.
Customers will receive one of the pictured label variants. Specific labels cannot be selected.

About the labels
From time to time we produce short runs of export labels — Japanese, Taiwanese, and older NZ market versions — for specific markets or trial runs. When those runs end, we're left with perfectly good bottles in a mix of label variants. Rather than waste them, we sell them here at a cellar door price. The vinegar is identical. The label is the only variable.
How we make it
From orchard to bottle: tree-ripened NZ organic apples are pressed, naturally fermented, then rested in oak for depth and balance.
Good to know
- Natural cloudiness = the living 'mother' (just give it a gentle shake)
- Store in a cool, dark place; ACV keeps well.
